DD Audio VO-W8c VOICE OPTIMIZED WOOFER

The “c” revisions further refine these drivers with improvements to extend the low frequency midbass output using a longer voice coil winding with copper clad aluminum wire, longer excursion 1⁄2 roll surround and a new cast frame basket allowing larger diameter spiders. The Xmax is increased and the midbass frequency range is broadened while upper mids are smooth and relaxed.

The VO-W woofers feature performance refinements like large diameter voice coils, high-energy Cnc machined motors, cast frames, and the unique ability to thread on our VO-CT compression tweeters and horn for coaxial applications.
